Pink Series 5K
I have FINALLY kicked my butt into gear and started running to get back in shape after 2 pregnancies. so far, I've been at it for a month, and have gone from not being able to finish my mile without walking, to running 5+ miles. and it feels GREAT! and the fact that I've lost 11 lbs is not too shabby either. :) we did the 5k today that is for breast cancer and it was SO fun. i have to admit though...I'm TOTALLY disappointed in how tired I was at the end of it, since I run 3 mile or more every day and I am NOT that tired... but after talking with Paula and figuring out why I was so tired I felt better... a little bit. :) I gotta thank Paula for sticking with me through the whole thing, since she could have finished it in prob 23 mins instead of 28 like we did :) I just gotta say thanks to Paula and Macaia for being AWESOME coaches throughout my "transformation". Thanks guys. Love my skinny sisters. :)
